All bookings, registrations, and payments for services at Praise to God Diamond Training are processed through RunSwift, a third-party booking and payment platform.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at the time of booking. Cancellation deadlines and eligibility for refunds or credits may vary by program, event, or service.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued through RunSwift using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Weather or Facility Closures

In the event of weather-related closures or facility issues, we may offer rescheduling or account credit at our discretion.

Medical or Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Requests related to medical or emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
